會發現這間很棒的咖啡廳是因為懷孕無法跟老公一起衝浪，所以想說找個咖啡廳邊等老公衝浪一邊享受自己下午茶用筆電欣賞美景的時間～ ^^

所以如果妳的另外一半很愛往宜蘭跑，而妳可能想要一起來回，但是卻又剛好無法下水，覺得在岸邊等很無聊，那妳真的可以試試看到這間咖啡廳，真的很不錯喔！

「初樂 Café de Samuel」

一共三層樓的空間，環境氣氛舒服優雅，服務人員親切，餐點選擇多，甜點超級誘人，還有戶外的位置適合好天氣聊天！而且室內裝潢很適合打卡還有愛拍照的女生喔！>.<

Comfortable spacious elegant ambience, friendly service, unique pretty desserts, outdoor seatings available and definitely a beautiful place for selfie and status check-in!

老闆說，因為在一趟巴黎旅程裡，被當地的優雅生活深深吸引打動，所以決定把這美麗的氛圍帶回來了台灣

The owner was inspired during a trip to Pairs by the locals there He said he admires their elegant culture.

這裡不只適合悠閒的一個人，一群朋友或是家庭都可以來呢，非常的寬敞舒適 ^^

This cafe is spacious enough for groups!

喜歡這裡也是因為如果要在台北找到像這樣子的咖啡廳一定是常客滿的狀態呵呵～～～

Liking here because if this cafe was to open in taipei, probably it will be packed all the time. It would be so difficult to get bookings.

我選了一個有落地窗的角落座位～可以享受一邊看戶外一邊吃美食～

他們有些甜品還滿有創意的喔，不僅有大眾化的口味如，藍莓，草莓起司蛋糕，巧克力蛋糕，芒果塔，蘋果派，還有馬卡龍，草莓千層，抹茶味乳酪。其中沒在外面比較少看過的是「磚塊類」還有「杯子類」的蛋糕甜品喔！真的值得一試呢～

you gotta try their desserts! other than the traditional flavours such as berries series, chocolate cakes, mango tarts, apple pies, also they have macaroons, crepes and green tea cheese cake. There are two rare types of desserts, which are "the bricks" and the "the cups".

在吃主食的時候就一直在糾結應該點「櫻桃草莓轉」還是「巧克力磚」。沒考慮「杯子」的甜品是因為本身不愛奶油，杯子裡有些奶油咯～最後聽到服務員跟我說巧克力是有點苦的那種我就完全被吸引了～超愛苦的巧克力～😁

I was having a hard time trying to decide on which "brick" I should have. The cherry&strawberry original or the chocolate. I wasn't considering "the cup" dessert as I am not really a fan of cream stuff >.< So in the end I chose "the dark chocolate brick" because the attendant told me that the dark chocolate taste a little bitter. and I love bitter chocolate~ I knew I need to try one!

我還點了冰拿鐵！好喝！！！！呵呵～～因為那天真的很熱～～來一杯冰的真的很爽～

and I ordered an ice latte~ which taste really good! especially on a scotching hot day~ XD

值得一提的「初樂」廁所～很漂亮呢！呵呵～個人覺得用餐地方或是住宿地方廁所很重要～舒服的話可以大大提升評價呢！

needa mention~ loving the toilet here! personally feel that when there is a decent rest room it really value add quite an extra comfort experience!

店裡還有好幾張皇宮般的漂亮沙發椅～這次去沒拍到因為剛好都有人在坐呢～雖然是週末但是真的不怕沒位子喔，地方很大！

所以下次老公衝浪，我還是會回去「初樂Café de Samuel」～！我要試試其它的甜品！:p

There were a few more sets of sofa seats, looking all royal and boutique liked. Unfortunately it was occupied~ couldn't snap some photos. There were plenty other seats available on the weekend because its really spacious. I would definitely return to try out another Brick dessert flavours!
